It's simple and easy to use and costs you nothing to receive faxes! There is no need to install additional software or hardware, as long as you have an email account you can receive faxes. Your faxes will remain confidential as they are sent directly to you and are automatically archived and backed up upon receipt. We also supply online support, should you need our assistance with something.

FaxFx offers the following sevices:

Fax to Email
Receiving faxes in your email inbox which were sent to your 086 number. Faxes come through as pdf attachments. This service is free of charge.

Email to Fax
Send faxes to any fax number wordlwide, directly from your email software. No other software is required. This service is not free, please visit our website to view the tarrifs.

Print to Fax
This service enables users to print to any fax machine directly from their PC (must be on the internet) .  It's convenient, secure and powerful. You will need to download a driver in order for this to work.

Archiving and Backup
Retrieving archived received faxes has never been easier, login, click on the Received or Sent* faxes tab, select the fax you require and click the Resend button.
 
• Users may elect to comply with the SARS Act for the Archiving of documentation and make use of the FaxFX storage facility insuring the safe keeping of the documents for a 5 year period.
• On receiving your fax, you have the opportunity to set the subject, custom name and date your fax with up-to 60 characters, ensuring that you can search for your faxes once stored.
